The Cold Pressed Juicery was founded with a spirited heart and an ambitious goal - to offer the purest, cold pressed juices, delicious superfood smoothies and nutritious food that help towards a happier mind, body, and soul, while leading the way for socially-conscious initiatives.

Every idea starts with that moment when you realise something is missing. What was missing for us?  A “McHealthy”. Where does someone go when they're on the go but they need something to eat or drink? More often than not, gas stations, packaged supermarket foods, or fast food chains are the only option. This leaves you feeling satisfied at first but bloated, cranky, tired, thirsty and hungry for more crappy sugary foods soon after. The other option is to make it at home which can be quite time consuming in our busy lives. This brought us to develop the first cold pressed juicery and raw foods to-go bar in The Netherlands. 

We do not add any sugar, preservatives, pesticides, chemicals or any other additives to our products. To create our cold pressed juices and raw foods, we 100% organic, local and pure natural produce, 100% of the time. Fuel for Life as we call it. 

We also very strongly believe that everyone has the right to real and nutritious foods. The average Dutch consumer throws away a total worth of 2.5 kgs of food per year. That is more than 150,- Euros per consumer! Here at The Cold Pressed Juicery, we reuse the pulp we get from our juice to make delicious nut-milks and crackers. 

It's very simple: healthy foods = healthy community. We're successful when we can honestly say that we've helped and are able to see kids and grownups make healthier and more conscious food choices and change their consumption habits.

What is Cold Pressed?

Juicing is amazing. Putting 2kgs of fruits and vegetables into half a litre of juice is great. It’s portable, easy, tastes great, and works wonders for your skin but not all juices are made equal. Centrifugal juice is one the most common method of juicing. It extracts juice from fruit and vegetables by using rotating blades. Unfortunately, rotating blades generate heat making it possible for oxidation to take place. Once oxygen is introduced to the juice, it loses vitamins and nutrients and isn’t in it’s purest form anymore. One of the main benefits of juicing is the ease it offers for consuming the vitamins and nutrients of a large quantity of fruit and vegetables.

This is where cold pressed juicing has its advantage. It allows juice to be extracted in its purest form with no oxidation taking place, keeping the vital vitamins, minerals, proteins, enzymes, and nutrients intact. While this process is a lengthy, strenuous one, the end result is fresh, tasty, juice with maximal benefits.

At The Cold Pressed Juicery, we took six months to design one of the most advanced cold pressed juicers in the world and with that and lots of love, patience, care, and knowledge, we make fresh juice daily that not only tastes good but is good for you.
