TRANSFORM YOUR FAVOURITE JUICERY PRODUCTS INTO YOUR FAVOURITE DISH (OR COCKTAIL)

It’s almost impossible to get tired of the selection of delicious treats and healthful food here at the Cold Pressed Juicery. Even if we eat three meals a day plus snacks for a week (and trust us, sometimes we do!) it’s difficult to run out of options. That being said, a little change is always fun, and we’re certainly not ones to shy away from a little kitchen experimentation.

So, are you feeling extra creative or simply ready to try something new? We’ve got you covered. Here are some of our top transformations. You might not even recognise these cold-pressed Cinderellas!

Save The Sinner for after dinner. Have you ever tried The Sinner? Nut caramel sauce, cashew milk, shredded coconut and vanilla make this smoothie insanely delicious. Instead of relegating it for your post-workout refuel, why not try it as a rich, creamy dessert. Try freezing The Sinner in a small container until solid. Once you’re ready for an indulgent nice cream without the guilt, remove it from the freezer and let soften for a few minutes. Use your favourite ice cream scoop – big or small – and pile the scoops onto a gluten-free cone. Feeling really wild? Chop up one of our Salted Caramel Slices and fold it into the smoothie before you freeze for a chunky nice cream.

Tell your Pea & Mint Soup to chill out. Even though the heat wave has burned off, we’ve still got high hopes for an Indian summer. And, when it’s warm outside, who wants to eat hot soup? Chill it in the fridge until it’s cold and refreshing. Top with a dollop of coconut yogurt and some toasted pepitas for a welcome crunch.

Go coconuts with a mask. Our Raw Fresh Coconut Water is lightly sweet and totally delicious. But if we can convince you to save one bottle for your face, we promise you’ll thank us. Take half a cup of coconut water and mix it with a teaspoon of cucumber juice and 2-3 drops of aloe juice. Using a cotton pad, spread the mixture over your face and leave on for 15 minutes. Once you start to feel it drying, rinse it off with warm water. The mask will help remove unwanted pigmentation and leave you glowing!

Pump up the protein with the Gone Nuts Asian Kelp Noodle Salad. We must admit, it’s pretty perfect as is, but occasionally you want a little extra protein for those days with an extra killer workout or a long hike. We know we just told you to chill your soup down, but here, we’re going to have you heat things up. In a wok, sauté some minced garlic in a bit of coconut oil until fragrant. Add cubed, dry extra-firm tofu and a bunch of Bok Choy that’s been thinly sliced and stir-fry until they take on a little colour and the Bok Choy is soft. Add your jar of noodle salad and continue to cook until just warmed through. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of fresh chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime.

Take The Astronaut’s Fuel to another planet as a healthy-ish cocktail. Though we love leading a healthy lifestyle and feeling great, it’s also nice to have a little drink to celebrate every now and again. But just because we’re indulging a bit doesn’t mean we are going to head straight for the sugary cocktails and heavy beers. Instead, we suggest you mix a shot of organic mezcal (it’s the cleanest spirit around, as it still follows its traditional production process and must be made from 100% agave) with The Astronaut’s Fuel and pour over ice. Add a chili salt rim for an extra kick!
