Recipe: Healthy Asian Nut Salad

 

Want to know what the Juicery team eats at the office (next to all of our own addictive products of course) ? On the hunt for a quick, easy, delicious, and nutritious salad? Here's our recipe for an Asian Nut Salad that's equal parts tasty and healthy. 

 

The Salad:
1 bag of organic mixed salad greens of your choice
1 organic cucumber 
1 ripe avocado
2 small sized tomatoes
1 yellow paprika (bell pepper)
1 red paprika (bell pepper)
2 carrots 
1 handful of dried cranberries 
1 handful of chopped brazil nuts 

 

The Dressing:
4 tablespoons of organic tahini
4 tablespoons of tamari 
2 tablespoons of water
Half a TCPJ ginger shot

Wash all of the salad ingredients. Chop the cucumber, the avocado, the tomatoes, the peppers, and the carrots and combine in a bowl. Add the salad greens, the cranberries, the brazil nuts and combine. In a separate bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and mix. Dress the salad to your liking and enjoy! So simple yet so delicious and healthy! Enjoy!
