This organic coffee from Peru and Brazil is perfect for us because they’re roasted with particular care. They spend a little longer roasting so that the acidity that often curdles alternative milks is reduced. The flavour of the beans complements and accentuates the flavours of the alternative milks. With oat milk, you may notice maple and stone fruit, with almond, you’ll pick up on notes of chocolate and nuts like in a Ferrero Rocher and with coconut you’ll get hints of caffeinated piña colada. Each one is special, and each one is perfect.

If those are not compelling enough statistics, coffee seems to be protective against two of the deadliest types of cancer: colorectal and liver.
