Recipe: Mango Pineapple Ice cream

 

Sometimes Dutch summers can be so warm, you're tempted to eat Ice Cream for breakfast, but what if we told you that you can?!  Try our raw, sugar- free, and dairy-free tropical alternative to ice cream. It's simple to make whether you're a top chef or you still burn toast. 

 

Blend the following ingredients in a food processor:

- 1 frozen pineapple

- 1 frozen mango

- the juice of half a lemon 

- the juice of half an orange

 

Garnish with shredded coconut, our sprouted buckwheat granola, and a generous sprinkling of love.
