THE PRODUCTS OUR MAIN BODY-GOAL CELEBRITIES SWEAR BY

The products Meghan Markle, Gwyneth Paltrow and Elle Macpherson swear by

It’s never a good idea to compare yourself to others. It can be detrimental to your self-esteem, and it’s simply a waste of time! That being said, looking to those you admire for inspiration is perfectly healthy and can be a great motivator.

Here at The Cold Pressed Juicery, we take inspiration from so many things and so many people, including each and every member of the CPJ community. We also happen to look up to health and wellness superstars like Meghan Markle, Gwyneth Paltrow and Elle “The Body” Macpherson. They are strong, beautiful role models who know just what works to put in their bodies and what doesn’t.

So if you’d like to eat not just like a champion but also like a supermodel, girl boss or future royal, check out their favourite smoothies and snacks below and learn how to copycat them with us. After all, they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Ready to get blending?

Elle Macpherson, better known as The Body, is known for her radiant skin and boundless energy. How does she fuel herself when a craving strikes? She opts for a fruit-free smoothie chock full of different greens, as her body breaks down fruit differently than vegetables. She blends coconut water, cucumber, celery, spinach, kale, ginger and ice until smooth and creamy. To top it off, she adds a squeeze of fresh lime juice for brightness. Though it may not be a smoothie, The MOAJ (The Mother of All Juices) is pretty darn close to what Elle whizzes up.

Before she was preparing to become a British royal, Meghan Markle ran a lifestyle blog called The Tig where she dished on topics such as wellness, food and beauty. When this beauty heads to the blender, she pops in a clean shake powder, frozen blueberries, cinnamon, chia seeds, almond milk and coconut water. Sounds almost like a milkshake to us! Order The Cup of Youth with chia seeds and maca, rather than a shake powder, and you’ll be glowing in no time.

Quite possibly the greenest goddess around, Gwyneth Paltrow knows what tastes as good as it is for your body. When she wakes up in the morning, she blends up almond milk, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla mushroom protein powder, maca, ashwagandha, he shou wu, cordyceps and Himalayan sea salt. Want to be as Goop-y as Gwyn? Try out The Sh*t. Add a scoop of chaga and ashwaghanda to match her adaptogen count!

Ready to get nibbling?

Sometimes a smoothie just won’t cut it, and that’s when Elle Macpherson reaches for nuts. She favours almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, sometimes toasting the sunflower seeds for extra flavour. If you’re feeling as nutty as Elle, our Sprouted Buckwheat Granola is just what the doctor ordered. Brimming with healthy crunchies, we know she’d love this too.

When Meghan Markle needs an energy boost, she often reaches for a green juice. Meghan feels like they are a good natural source of energy that get right into your system. Considering she also reaches for a little piece of fruit if she needs a pick-me-up, we’d suggest picking up The Pret A Protein. It’s got plenty of greens with a subtle sweetness from the pear, green apple and lime. It’s basically princess-approved.

Naturally, Gwyneth Paltrow turns up her nose at processed snack foods. Instead, she makes her own beauty seed bars to munch on when hunger strikes. We suggest taking a page out of her book and reaching for one of our Raw Energy Bars. Heady with chai spices, orange and cinnamon and with the satiating power of cashews and chia seeds, we know Gwyneth would love these bars.
